Our team here at Burning Pockets loves social networks but we also understand the risk involved with losing privacy. With unbelievable search engines out there, it’s almost impossible to hide. On our site, we don’t want to focus on who you are in real life, but rather, who you are on Burning Pockets. We want to create a community that allows users to share product reviews and have fun bragging about what you own.

If you’re saying, “Why ask for my email?”

We have to ensure that people aren’t creating fake profiles for the hell of it and we want to create a realistic consumer review community that has genuine content. We will NEVER give out your email or link it to you and your profile content in any way. It is never visible to search engines nor is it visible to any users viewing your profile.

At the moment, every user profile is publicly viewable. To create a consumer review site available to members and non-members, we felt this was the best route. Through beta testing and suggestions from users, we will determine any useful changes and privacy features will be added as needed.
